Seasturtle.com is at it again.
In October, I wrote about a company called “Seasturtle.com” who was stealing my cross stitch patterns and selling them through their website. We contacted Seasturtle.com with a demand to immediately cease and desist from this infringement of international copyright law and intellectual property rights. They complied in late October, and they removed 4 of my Christmas Ornaments from their website. I had hoped that was the end of it.
However, today, I became aware that Seasturtle.com is at it again. Instead, this time, they are using Facebook to sell my latest creation (the Nativity Band Sampler). Once again, we have contacted Seasturtle.com to cease and desist from this digital property theft. We have also filed a formal Violation of Intellectual Property Rights report to Facebook.com.
Please be aware that Seasturtle.com is a fraudulent website that seems to shift it’s look and approach every few weeks. They are targeting the Christian community with products that appear to be “religious”, but in fact, are scams. Please don’t get scammed by Seasturtle.com. And please join me in praying that they will cease their repeated efforts to steal what doesn’t belong to them.
Thank you my friends.
